Welcome
to BibleMind

Introduction: BibleMind is here for the serious
Bible student seeking to understand what God requires for securing
the gift of salvation and living a strong life in Christ. Many of
the concepts found here you might discover to be inconsistent with
what you were taught, always believed, or learned by tradition in
our largely pagan society. That is because the majority of the world
has departed from sound doctrine, desiring that which is appealing
to the ears rather than the truth and the Bible tells us this would
happen (2Tim 4:3). BibleMind attempts to counteract the prevailing
dogma that is so pervasive in the world today by invoking thought
in the mind of the diligent seeker of the truth. God's word is deep
in opportunity for sound spiritual understanding and our learning
doesn't cease until we've departed this existence.
2Ti 2:15 Study earnestly to present yourself approved to
God, a workman that does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing
the Word of Truth.
Here you will find the facts about the gospel of salvation, worship,
the church, Christ-like living and more and have the opportunity
for some intelligent discussion in our open forum. Every document
of information you find here has support from the scriptures, in
its proper context, by example, inference or command and using nothing
but the Bible. It is acknowledged that we are under the new covenant
as defined by Christ's sacrifice and the teachings represented in
the New Testament of the Bible. The Old Testament represents an
important historical reference and learning resource for understanding
the consistency for which God has dealt with the world. Therefore,
the entirety of both Old and New testaments of the Bible have relevance
within this site.
Take no man's word for your salvation and do not let emotions,
family or church traditions determine your beliefs and relationship
with God. Study the scriptures thoroughly and cross reference various
scriptures to understand the clarity of God's instructions and the
scope of His calling in your life. You need nothing but the Bible
to accomplish this!
When it comes to questions of doctrine, any religious question
can be viewed from the perspective that a belief or practice is
either from heaven or from men – it is either given by God, or it
is a human invention.
1Jo 4:1- Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but try
the spirits to see if they are of God, because many false prophets
have gone out into the world.
1Th 5:21- Prove all things, hold fast to the good.
Many people put more investigation into the things in this world
than that which is more valuable than anything of this world. You
have to decide earnestly what is most important to you. By not
choosing God or choosing your own way, you choose the world.
2Th 1:7-8 - "...when the Lord Jesus is revealed from
heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire, inflicting vengeance
on those who do not know God and on those who do not obey
the gospel of our Lord Jesus".
Religion, if worth anything, is worth every thing; and those who
have no religion, or none worth having, or know not how to value
it, cannot find in their hearts to suffer for it. Such people may
strive to live a prosperous, even moral life in this world but therein
lies the extent of their reward for their souls are empty, the quality
of their lives an illusion and their condemnation assured.
